As a journalist and content creator, I thrive on blending creativity with storytelling to deliver engaging multimedia news. Over the course of my career, I have collaborated with exceptional businesses across the hospitality, travel and lifestyle space.

Currently working under parent brand Feed Group as the editor for lifestyle media platform OutInCanberra and content strategist for creative agency Feed Studio, my main roles include maintaining a trustworthy and relevant news platform and creating clients' social media presence. I achieve this through editorial, campaigns, launch and social strategies, and social media content.

First opening at the Campbell Shops in 2008, they have since relocated not so far away in the Iskia Building, where you’ll still find some of the iconic dishes they served all those years ago, accompanied of course by many new ones...

Good Neighbour Launch / Feed Studio

We assisted a new cafe, Good Neighbour, with a four-week launch strategy consisting of PR, photography, social media creation/management, and website.
​
As the content strategist for the client, I wrote the PR, managed the media coverage and famils, facilitated an initial photoshoot, captured and created video content, and managed the social media channels. We also utilised our platform with OutInCanberra to offer an end-to-end service.
​
Heavily weighting on Instagram reels for the launch strategy, it allowed us to gain additional reach and over 2k Instagram followers in the first two months of activity, while still maintaining an aesthetic grid. The work we did also resulted in a monthly retainer with the client.

OutInCanberra Travel Section

Off the back of Covid-19, while there was still hesitation to travel internationally, I saw the huge appetite for exploring our interstate regions. In Canberra, there was a gap in the market for travel content and as a consumer, I was craving inspiration for weekend getaways and small trips that I could do from Canberra.
I pitched to my team to launch a travel section on our platform and worked with the development, design, marketing, sales, and content team to create a place on our website, branding, awareness, clients and content.

Since then, we have worked with incredible brands and businesses all over the South Coast, Southern Highlands, Snowy Mountains, and Sydney.
Supercalla Private Properties / OutInCanberra
February-May 2023

Working with South Coast luxury holiday rental company, Supercalla Private Properties, I was a part of an awareness campaign targeting the Canberra market across four months.
​
As the sole journalist and content creator of the campaign, I helped build the proposal with the sales team and carried out the agreed-upon content. This included travelling to several of the client's properties to capture engaging and unique photography and videography, writing articles on each of my experiences, and carrying out our most successful giveaway.
